  1. How to redeem TNG e-Wallet RM50 Credit?
    Participants must purchase eligible Daikin Inverter Wireless Wall Mounted Series Air Conditioner and register at Daikin Malaysia Campaign Microsite during the campaign period for redemption. Participants are required to fully complete the correct and valid personal information in the personal details fields required in the website including Mobile Phone Number that is registered under TNG e-Wallet.
  2. How much of TNG e-Wallet Credit can I get through this campaign?
    Participants will receive RM50 per approved unit upon purchasing eligible Daikin Inverter Wireless Wall Mounted Series Air Conditioners that listed in the table.
  3. When and how can I receive TNG e-Wallet RM50 Credit?
    The redemption will be processed and reviewed by Daikin Malaysia and TNG e-Wallet RM50 Credit will be credited directly into Customer’s phone number that is registered with TNG e-Wallet within 30 working days once approved.
  4. I redeemed but it showed rejected. Why?
    There are several reasons of rejection, such as unusual number of purchase. Hence, verification is needed and customers are required to provide proof of purchase or invoice and warranty card to verify the purchase. For more info, please email to dmss.marketing@daikin.com.my

Terms and Conditions for the Campaign

The following terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) shall apply to Daikin Malaysia Sales & Service Sdn Bhd (the “Daikin Malaysia”) “Sejuk Berganda, Nikmat Berganda Campaign” (the “Campaign”).

Eligibility

  1. The Campaign is open to the following:
    1. All customers (end-users) aged 18 and above; and
    2. Malaysian citizens and foreign citizens who are residing in Malaysia.
  2. Employees of Daikin Malaysia, related companies and affiliates and/or the immediate families of such employees, dealers of Daikin Malaysia, sub-contractors or companies or any other party directly related to this Campaign are not eligible.
  3. Daikin Malaysia has the sole discretion to exclude any persons from participating in the Campaign without any obligation to furnish any notice and/or reason.
  4. Campaign Period :  6th November 2025 to 31st December 2025
    Redemption deadline : 3rd January 2026, 11.59pm
    Photo/scan copy of the corresponding Proof of Purchase (Receipt/Invoice) within the Campaign Period must be uploaded during the registration.
    All redemption must be submitted no later than 3rd January 2026. Redemption received after said time will not be entertained and will be automatically disqualified.

Participation of “Sejuk Berganda, Nikmat Berganda” Campaign

  1. Participants are required to complete the below steps in order to receive the TNG e-Wallet credit.

Step 2
Participants must then redeem the reward at Daikin Malaysia Campaign Redemption Microsite with uploading a photo/scan copy of the corresponding Proof of Purchase (Receipt/Invoice) within the Campaign Period. For a detailed redemption tutorial, please refer to [here].

Step 3
Participants are required to fully complete the correct and valid personal information in the personal details fields required in the website within the Campaign Period. Any error in submission of details by participants will STRICTLY NOT BE ENTERTAINED.

  1. The redemption will be processed and reviewed by Daikin Malaysia and TNG e-Wallet RM50 Credit will be sent to Participant’s phone number that registered with TNG e-Wallet Application within 30 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays once approved.
  2. All details and particulars submitted in Daikin Malaysia website must be accurate, true and complete. Any incomplete, inaccurate or false details and particulars provided by the Participants will render the entry void.
  3. In the event the TNG e-Wallet credit has been successfully transferred to the phone number provided, Daikin Malaysia shall not be held responsible for any loss arising from incorrect or invalid phone numbers submitted by the Participant. NO replacement or reissuance will be entertained once the credit has been processed.
  4. No handwritten or cash bill receipts, delivery note and purchase order will be entertained, and entries with such receipts will be deemed incomplete. Only the official printed receipts with the letterheads will be accepted. Daikin Malaysia reserves the right to disqualify any submission with duplicated Proof of Purchase and any submission that does not meet any of the criteria herein contained.   5. Daikin Malaysia reserves the right to reject any redemption of participants/purchasers/customers without any prior notice in the event of the following:
    • Reward redemption form is incomplete;
    • Reward redemption is Daikin Installer/Dealer’s mobile number or address;
    • If Daikin Malaysia believes the redemption is fraud or any irregular transaction or being manipulated in any whatsoever manner.
  6. Daikin Malaysia reserves the right to reverse, adjust, or recover any reward or payment credited due to system error, technical malfunction, or human mistake, and participants agree to return any amount received in error upon request.
  7. Each redemption submitted by the Participants should be made strictly in accordance with the terms and conditions herein, before the redemption shall be deemed eligible for the Campaign.
  8. Daikin Malaysia accepts no responsibility for any tax or other liability that may arise.

SMARTKOOL X (FTKX) Series Purchase & Warranty

  1. The SMARTKOOL X (FTKX) Series is available exclusively under the SMARTKOOL Plan offered through the Daikin eStore. This plan is applicable for credit card purchases only.
  2. Purchases of this model are eligible for the RM50 Touch ‘n Go eWallet credit. However, the 1+2 Year Warranty Promotion is NOT applicable to this model, as warranty coverage is determined by and subject to the contract period of the selected SMARTKOOL Plan under the Daikin eStore. For further information, please contact the Daikin eStore at 019-223 8709 or the Daikin Call Centre at 1300-88-324546.

Personal information Provided by Participants

  1. Daikin Malaysia shall use and take care of any personal information Participants supply to it as described in its privacy policy and in accordance with data protection legislation. By participating in the Campaign, Participants are agreeable to the collection, retention, usage and distribution of the personal information in order to process and contact the Participants about the Campaign entry, and for the purposes set out herein.
  2. The information may be utilized in the following manners:
    1. Details which consist of personal data provided by Participants may be used by Daikin Malaysia for the following purposes: –
      1. The processing of the Campaign Participants;
      2. The operations and process in this campaign;
      3. Updating our records about the Participants;
      4. Market research and statistical analysis and surveys with the aim of improving Daikin Malaysia products and services;
      5. For advertising and promotion purposes; and
      6. For any purposes required by law or regulation.
    2. Daikin Malaysia may collect, use, disclose and share amongst themselves, Daikin Malaysia’s agents and respective service providers, the Participants’ personal data, including the photographs or audio-video or other recordings of these Participants (“Material”) for publicity and/or use in advertisements across all media, including, without limitation, in Daikin Malaysia’s publications, presentations, promotional materials on their websites, in its original or edited format, and whether to promote the campaign or otherwise without further notification, remuneration or compensation.
    3. Other than those individuals and entities mentioned above, or as informed from time to time, your personal data will not be revealed by Daikin Malaysia to any other outsiders, unless Daikin Malaysia has required your permission to do so.

General Terms and Conditions

  1. By participating in the Campaign, the Participant is deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions set out herein and any other instructions, terms and conditions that Daikin Malaysia may issue from time to time.
  2. Daikin Malaysia shall not be liable to any persons in the Campaign for any injuries, losses and/or damages in respect of, in connection with and/or arising from the Campaign.
  3. Daikin Malaysia reserves the right to video, photograph, record and/or publish any Participants’ images and details for the purpose relating to the publicity of the Campaign without having to pay any fee or compensation to the Participants.
  4. Daikin Malaysia reserves the right to vary and/or alter the term and conditions of the Campaign at any time without prior notification.
  5. Daikin Malaysia’s decision of the Campaign is final and no appeals or correspondence will be entertained. The Participants shall accept and abide by any and all decisions made by Daikin Malaysia.
  6. In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any brochures, marketing or other promotional materials or communications relating to the Campaign, these terms and conditions shall prevail.
