DAIKIN “EXTENDED WARRANTY” PROMOTIONAL CAMPAIGN TERMS & CONDITIONS

Thanks to the continuous support and trust from our customers, we are proud to announce that Daikin has been awarded the Reader’s Digest Trusted Brand 2025 Platinum Award and recognized at the prestigious Asia Award. These achievements reflect the trust and loyalty that consumers place in our brand and we are deeply appreciative of your continued support and confidence.

In order to support and provide extra peace of mind to our customers, Daikin Malaysia Sales & Service Sdn Bhd herein refer to as DMSS would like to announce a Two (2) years extended warranty period based on the following terms & conditions:

1. Applicable to Daikin Single Split Inverter Wall Mounted Air Conditioner Model only.
2. This campaign is ONLY applicable to purchases within the period of 1st April 2025 to 31st March 2026.
3. The previous 1+1 Extended Warranty Promotion is officially ended on 31st March 2025, and all new warranty registrations from 1st April 2025 to 31st March 2026 shall follow the terms and conditions of this new Promotion.
4. Additional two (2) years extended warranty is only for ALL PARTS. Compressor warranty remains at five (5) years.
5. Applicable to new stock only. Clearance model is not entitled for this promotion.

Important note: The invoice or bill must be retained as proof of purchase and presented to the DMSS to qualify for the warranty.

Extended Warranty Detail: 

6. All warranty is based on date of purchase of receipt or invoice. Original copy of the receipt or invoice is required for warranty claim purpose.
7. DMSS will repair or replace faulty parts free of charge during the extended warranty period if due to manufacturing induced defect. For the remaining years for compressor, associated materials and labour charges will be applied to customer.
8. Other terms and condition stated in the warranty card are still valid.
9. All terms and conditions of this Promotion are subject to change without prior notice.
