Daikin, the world’s No. 1 air conditioning company, is delighted to announce the opening of its new service centre in Miri, Sarawak. It is a 3S centre which offers sales, service and spare parts. The opening ceremony took place on June 28, 2023, and marked a significant milestone for Daikin as it continues to expand its presence and enhance customer support across the region.
Currently Daikin’s headquarters is located in Selangor, having 10 branches which are strategically located throughout Malaysia and 2 service centres in Sandakan and Miri indicates the company’s commitment to provide the best after sales service with highest quality products especially Inverter air conditioner with high-performance cooling and energy saving.
Having branches and service centres in different regions enables Daikin to provide faster and better after-sales service to customers and ensuring customer satisfaction. With this new facility, Daikin aims to enhance the overall customer experience by providing convenient access to high-quality after-sales services and support to customers in Miri and the surrounding areas like Bintulu and Limbang.
